Goran Haag, President
Goran graduated B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from RIT (Royal Institute of Technology), Stockholm, Sweden He worked in the chemical industry in Europe and Asia before coming to USA in 1986. Goran cofounded Champion Fiberglass, Inc. with partner Don Drover, Chairman in 1988 and has since overseen the marketing and expansion of Champion Fiberglass along with the development of Champion's superior fiberglass conduit and related products now used extensively in the electrical industry.

W. Don Drover, Chairman
Don graduated B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from GMI and received his MBA from Indiana University. He worked for GM/Delco Battery for 8 years and was then in retailing for numerous years. Don cofounded Champion Fiberglass, Inc. with CEO, Goran Haag in 1988 and has been responsible for overseeing the operations, engineering and quality control.

Eric S. Gudger, National Sales Manager
Eric has a BA in Business Management from National-Louis University-Tampa, FL. He is an electrical industry veteran with sales, marketing, and management experience. This includes years of experience in electrical distribution with Hughes Supply, Inc. and GE Supply. Eric was a principal with Electrical Reps South, Inc., an electrical manufacturer rep agency, of Atlanta, GA. In addition, he was the Southern Region Sales Manager with Ericson Manufacturing Company. Eric joins our team in 2005 and is responsible for our sales and marketing efforts.

Todd Arndt, Regional Sales Manager
Todd has a BA in Business Management from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas. He worked as a Supervisor for a large lumber-yard, as a Branch Manager for an HVAC distributor, as a Regional Sales Manager for CANTEX, and Operations Manager for John Moore & Associates before joining Champion Fiberglass, Inc. in February 2007. Todd is responsible for our sales in his assigned territory.

Sharon Burke, Office Manager
Sharon is a native Texan from Jacksonville, Texas. Sharon has extensive experience in accounting and office management. She joined the Champion Fiberglass team in 1994 and as office manager is in charge of company administration and accounting.

Barry Burke , Plant Manager
Barry has a BS in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. He has worked in research for Union Carbide, formulation and purchasing for Sigma Coatings, and was Technical Service Manager for Sylvachem Corp. epoxy curing agent business. Since 1989, Barry has been involved in the technical sales and distribution of raw materials to polymer related companies. Barry joined Champion Fiberglass, Inc. as Plant Manager in 2007.

Sam See, Plant Engineer
Sam is a native Texan. He has extensive hands-on engineering experience and is versatile in many disciplines, such as electrical, electronic and mechanical and design engineering. Sam had a specialty shop for many years that provided electrical and mechanical design and fabrication. Sam was actively involved in setting up Champion Fiberglass' plant in 1988 and in 1995 and started working for Champion Fiberglass, Inc. as plant engineer. Sam is also in charge of all mechanical, hydraulics, electrical and electronic installations at the new Champion Fiberglass' plant location at 6400 Spring Stuebner Road, Spring, Texas.
